We have a passion for quality, a desire to share taste experiences and cooking methods. Every day we open with a wonderful and varied fresh fish, exotic fish and seafood ready on the counter, or by delivery. With all these taken from local, sustainable sources, but yet experienced in a way that allows for managed purchases of exotic imports, without the callous abuse of the planets resources. We aim where possible to use every opportunity to minimise our carbon footprint.
